Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Zebulun Duncan
Zebulun Duncan serves as Vice - President of Duncan & Duncan Construction Management, Inc. A graduate of the University of Florida, Zeb holds a Master of Building & Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration. Zeb is a certified building contractor for the State of Florida with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Zeb specializes in Construction Management, bidding, estimating, and construction takeoffs.
